at McFONA located at 1900 Averill Road, Geneva, IL. This is a 10-week internship (June 2 - August 8, 2024) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

The Consumer & Market Insight Intern will be responsible for supporting insight related activities within the Flavor Solutions Division. McCormick & Company's Flavor Solutions Division provides flavors to category leading and high-growth innovator food and beverage manufacturers who make the products that consumers love and enjoy every day. The individual in this role will be responsible for conducting agile primary research to ensure the voice of the consumer is heard by our internal stakeholders and customers. This person will also work with insight managers to build compelling stories that influence business partners to act. This role will be hybrid based in our Geneva office.
RESPONSIBILITIESSynthesize insights from secondary and syndicated resourcesDevelop market research survey instrumentsAnalyze primary research dataContribute to team efforts to democratize data across business divisionsSupport team capability development, trainings, and related activitiesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in progress, with concentration in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Business, Psychology or other related fieldKnowledge of common qualitative and quantitative consumer research methodsProject management experience showing ability to prioritize and balance multiple projectsAbility to translate complicated information into compelling deliverables that inspire actionProficiency in reading, analyzing, and communicating with dataProficiency with MS Excel, Power Point & WordStrong communication skillsDetail-oriented, deadline drivenFlexible and positive mindsetTeam player
