RF-Smart and NetSuite are preferred; Microsoft 365 Administration- essential; Maintaining IT shop floor control; troubleshooting technical issues to produce quality products- essential ;Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems-essentialKey Accountabilities:Maintain information technology systemsManage IT shop floor activities and Warehouse Management System for optimum inventoryPlan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operationsDesign, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and proceduresAct in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policyIdentify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time that ensures on-time delivery to meet customer expectations both external and internalAudit systems and assess their outcomesPreserve assets, information security and control structures while operating at or below department costTake responsibility for daily technical operations and team actions to ensure a quality productUnderstands and practices safe work proceduresQualifications:Maintain information technology systemsBS in Computer Science, MIS, or similar field preferred but not required; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofEducation and experience:Experience with RF ScannersExperience with Zebra printers to include Thermal Transfer and Direct Thermal functionality as well as routine preventative maintenance.3-5 years of SQL database experienceProficient with running update queriesProficient with creating new queries real-time to accommodate requestsGeneral understanding of database structures, PKs, indexing, backups and restorationVisual Studio (VB.net) and scripting experience desiredAsset management experience preferredActive Directory and Group Policies: 1-3 yearsExperience with Ubiquiti networks is a plusBartender / Seagull experience is preferredWindows Server and Desktop Operating SystemsMicrosoft 365 AdministrationERP and Warehouse Management SystemsEDI (electronic Data Interchange)Other duties as assigned within the IT fieldShift hours: 6am-10am Monday Thursday ( some flexibility as needed)Salary range: $80k+
