At La Estancia, we pride ourselves on fostering a community where members can enjoy a variety of activities, from a community garden to leisurely strolls through our vineyard, and engaging workshops that celebrate the art of gardening and sustainable living.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional areaResponsibilities:Reporting to Food and Beverage Manager, the position is responsible for all the food and beverage front of house operations, which includes all restaurants, bars and lounges, beverage, and room service operations.Manages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the customers daily.Work closely with Executive Chef and culinary leaders for operational collaboration.Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, understanding and maintaining standards.Develops and implements to improve needed areas and expand on employee engagement and guest satisfaction surveys.Maintains staffing level by being in charge of hiring and managing weekly schedule for restaurants, bars and lounges, and room service.Train and mentor food and beverage colleagues to maintain our expectations and standards.Maintains the monthly and yearly budget for labor, food, beverages, and revenue.Takes ownership of a guest complaints and issues to be resolved.Verifies and drafts all banquet functions up to standards and exceed guest's expectationsWork well with other leaders from different departments for further collaboration.Job Type: Full-timeShift availability:Day Shift (Required)Night Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:Odessa, TX 79765 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Odessa, TX 79765: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
