Sr. Cisco Network Engineer
to join our clients team in Anchorage, AK. This position will serve as the
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for Cisco network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance of routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies. The role requires onsite presence and offers a chance to work on large-scale network deployment and maintenance projects with the possibility of multi-year contract extensions.You will focus on
supporting and engineering
network configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting, with a focus on Cisco technologies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and management of networking infrastructure, without the need to design the systems from scratch.Key Responsibilities:Provide SME-level support for
Cisco Catalyst
series switches (2960, 3650, 9200, 9600)Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot
Cisco Stacking
and
Switch Stack Virtual
technologyManage and support
switching technologies
(Multi-chassis Ether-channel, Dot1Q, VTP, Spanning-Tree)Handle
Cisco Wireless
technologies, including
