We are looking for talented, driven individuals to join their growing team.Position OverviewAs an Electrical Panel Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing high and low-voltage electrical panels and other mechanical units. Using a variety of tools and equipment, you'll follow established manufacturing and safety protocols while documenting your work. You will also assist with field installations and services, and contribute to the creation and improvement of standard operating procedures for assembly, repair, and troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install electrical panels and subpanels based on layout and specifications.Mount circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and other components, ensuring proper connection of low and high-voltage wires to terminal blocks and busbars.Label circuits and components to ensure ease of maintenance and safety.Perform final testing and verification to ensure product functionality and safety.Conduct repairs or adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards.Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product use and maintenance.Update assembly steps, safety protocols, and quality control measures as needed.Review and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect changes in processes or products.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent with 4-7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven success in electrical assembly, including reading electrical schematics and converting them into wiring configurations.(Preferred) Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and experience working with 120/277 and 277/480-volt multi-phase systems.(Preferred) Experience with electrical control panel assembly, industrial panel building, or electrical distribution systems involving 120-480 volts.Technical SkillsProficiency in assembling high and low-voltage panels, with experience in electrical circuitry, wire sizing, crimping, soldering, grounding, and reading wiring diagrams.Knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment design, maintenance, and repair.Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.Soft SkillsPositive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.Adaptability to changing work environments and challenges.Commitment to safety, productivity, and quality standards.Ability to effectively communicate technical information and work collaboratively.
