The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven history of effective, high-volume cold calling, coupled with a strong drive for constant improvement and innovative approaches within the realm of sales outreach. If you are passionate about learning and improving your sales acumen from the top sales training organization, then this is the role for you!In this position, you will:Make 100+ outbound prospecting calls daily to potential clients, focusing on businesses that would benefit from Sales Gravys sales acceleration services.Utilize email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to generate leads and increase prospecting outreach.Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team.Maintain and manage an accurate, detailed prospect database using our CRM system.Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.Become an expert at persuasively presenting Sales Gravy's core services, e-learning offerings, and the training curriculum catalog.Provide support to clients and prospects over the phone, email, and online chat.Other responsibilities as neededWhat youll bring:1-2 years of experience in a similar role (sales development, business development, lead generation, etc.)Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.A robust work ethic and openness to feedback.CRM experience preferredBenefits:Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus bonuses and earned commissionsMedical benefits (Health, Dental, Vision)Employer-paid life insurance401(k) & 401(k) employer matchPTO & paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program through OptumOpportunities for growth and advancement
