Litigation Attorney in our Melville, NY office with 5 years of Foreclosure litigation experienceDiverse/ minority candidates encouraged to applyJuris Doctorate and member in good standing of the NY BarResponsibilities may include, but not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseloadDrafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulationsAttending hearings and status conferencesInteracting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team membersProviding creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client riskWhy You Should Apply
