This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, contributing to sophisticated estate planning and tax strategies while being part of a supportive and award-winning culture.Duties:Draft standard and complex estate planning documents tailored to client needs.Provide comprehensive advice on domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning, with a focus on international estate tax strategies.Foster productive relationships with clients and co-advisors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support estate planning strategies.Uphold the firm’s commitment to excellence through high-quality written and verbal communication.Requirements:1-3 years of relevant legal experience in private client or estate planning.Proven ability to draft sophisticated estate planning documents.Experience in domestic and international estate, gift, and income tax planning is preferred.Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage client relationships effectively.Excellent analytical, writing, and speaking skills, supported by a robust academic background.An LLM is a plus.Must be eligible for admission to the California Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction, with eligibility for California.Skills:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong research and analytical abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent time management.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
