The firm emphasizes a supportive culture where attorneys receive tailored guidance and mentorship, enabling them to excel in their careers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Duties:Draft standard and sophisticated estate planning documents tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Assist clients with domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning, and provide support for international estate tax planning as needed.Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and co-advisors, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to service excellence.Collaborate effectively within a team environment, sharing insights and strategies to achieve the best outcomes for clients.Conduct thorough research and analysis to support clients' estate planning objectives, presenting findings clearly and concisely.Stay current on developments in estate planning and tax law to provide informed guidance to clients.Requirements:1-3 years of relevant experience in estate planning or a similar legal field.Proven experience in drafting various estate planning documents, showcasing attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning; international estate tax planning experience is a plus.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of client service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex legal concepts effectively.A strong academic background, with an LLM considered a plus.Must be eligible to sit for the California Bar exam.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California Bar is required or must be eligible for admission.Skills:Strong analytical and research skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.Proficiency in legal research tools and estate planning software.
