MG+M has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney in its New Orleans, Louisiana office to handle local and national accounts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Independently manage a litigation caseloadPromptly communicate and report case activity and developments to clientsResearch legal and factual issues to assist with case strategyConduct depositionsArgue motions in courtPrepare witnesses for deposition and trialReview and analyze discovery requestsPrepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadingsPrepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filingTrial preparation and supportMaintain accurate time recordsCandidate Requirements
