Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Independently manage a litigation caseloadConduct depositionsPrepare witnesses for deposition and trialReview and analyze discovery requestsPrepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadingsPrepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filingTrial preparation and supportMaintain accurate time records

Candidate Requirements

Juris Doctor from an accredited law schoolOne plus years’ litigation experienceAdmitted to practice in Illinois or MissouriExperience with motion practice and depositionsExperience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositionsCapable of independent workWork in an organized and efficient mannerSuperior research and writing skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to analyze complex matters
