Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseloadConduct depositionsPrepare witnesses for deposition and trialReview and analyze discovery requestsPrepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadingsPrepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filingTrial preparation and supportMaintain accurate time recordsCandidate Requirements
