Appropriately and accurately collects and enters required information for scheduling patients and completes the check in if applicable

Maintains communication for all system issues, scheduling concerns and communication while working through all revenue cycle requirements.

HIPAA Standards and Regulatory Requirements are followed and adhered to

Personal accountability and teamwork.

Responsible for and maintaining all related information to the Revenue Cycle

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Previous customer service experience

Must be proficient in computer use.

Good interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Well organized, detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Clerical experience and prior knowledge of health insurance processing

Post-secondary education: AA or AS with medical terminology education

AAHAM CPAT/CCAT and/or NAHAM certification
