The Unit Managers will be responsible for overseeing day to day patient careSupervising, directing and developing nurse staff of a designated unitReporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient careOther duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications
RN/LPN Unit Manager
:
High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to work independently or part of a group.Computer knowledge.RN/LPN in NJPrevious nursing managerial roleRN LeadershipPrevious LTC/SNF experienceSerious Applicants
