a member of the Medisys Health Network is a 404 bed fully accredited community based teaching hospital and level I Trauma and Stroke Center. We provide general medical, pediatric, and psychiatric emergency services, ambulatory care on and off campus, ambulatory surgery and a broad spectrum of diagnostic and treatment services. We are currently seeking an experienced RN for immediate 7a - 7p opportunity within our Telemetry / ICU department.
DUTIESUtilize electrocardiogram and other life-sign measuring devices to monitor critically ill patients.Record patient information and interpret such data to assist physicians assess and determine patient recovery and treatment protocol.Provide patient care and education.Tagged as: tele, telemetry
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.BLS Certification required.Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.Minimum one (1) year recent experience as an RN in Medicine/Surgery, Telemetry or ICU required.
