Monitor and manage ventilator settings and equipment, making necessary adjustments based on residents' conditions. Perform regular assessments of respiratory function and overall health, documenting findings and communicating with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and respond to any respiratory emergencies. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans. Educate residents and their families on ventilator care and health management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies related to ventilator care. Maintain a compassionate and supportive environment for residents and their families. Ventilator Nurse Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
