Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join our esteemed organization in the medical industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and shape the financial success of our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue cycle performance, overseeing multi-site operations, and implementing strategic change management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
As the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and managing the entire revenue cycle operation, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, and customer service.
- Implementing cost transformation profitability strategies to optimize revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Managing multi-site, multi-shore, and shared service operations to ensure seamless and efficient processes across all locations.
- Developing and executing payor strategy and contracting initiatives to maximize reimbursement and minimize contractual allowances.
- Leading change management and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leading acquisitions, integrations, and implementation projects to drive growth and expansion.
- Providing strategic direction and leadership to the revenue cycle team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Director of Revenue Cycle Management position should possess the following:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge and experience in cost transformation profitability, multi-site/multi-shore/shared service operations, payor strategy/contracting, change management/process improvement, client relationship management, and acquisitions/integrations/implementation.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification would be an added advantage.
