Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated PFAS Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our PFAS product line and ensuring its profitability and success in the market. This includes managing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, pilot testing, and final execution. This role will require a strong understanding of membrane technologies and water treatment processes.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for our PFAS product line.
  2. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.
  3. Work closely with the engineering team to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
  4. Oversee pilot testing of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  6. Monitor product performance and profitability, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
  7. Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to PFAS products.
  9. Provide technical support and training to sales and customer service teams.
  10. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required. Master's Degree or Doctorate is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working on product development for PFAS.
  3. Proven experience with pilot testing and product development.
  4. Strong knowledge of membrane technologies and water treatment processes.
  5. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  10. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, suppliers, and partners.
