The position will be responsible for recruiting support staff positions, building relationships with community members and working closely with the hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, and extending offers for positions across various departments (clinical, administrative, programmatic).
- Utilize multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, career fairs, professional networks) to attract high-quality candidates with a passion for the organization’s mission in healthcare and non-profit services.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each department and provide guidance on workforce planning and talent strategies.
- Promote and implement recruitment strategies that attract diverse talent, ensuring that hiring practices are aligned with the organization's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and professional interactions throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring departments to create and enhance onboarding processes, ensuring that new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the organization.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and applicant sources to inform decision-making and refine strategies as necessary.
- Work on enhancing the organization’s employer brand, ensuring the mission, culture, and opportunities are reflected positively in all candidate touchpoints.
- Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with federal and state employment regulations, particularly as they apply to non-profit and healthcare entities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally within the non-profit or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and various talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
