The Help Desk Support addition will be joining the Telecommunications Wire-Line Support Desk team. This group supports tickets for phone service, data networks, DSL, network connectivity, hardware, voice network, phone lines, and internet phone service for remote troubleshooting and dispatch solutions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2-5+ years of Telecom Help Desk Support experience with an understanding of Telecom terminology and knowledge of products in general on the marketExperience with router and switch configuration and testingExperience with Network WAN troubleshooting and monitoringExcellent communication skills with the ability to work with remote technicians for trouble resolutionStrong, complex problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical issues into non-technical termsThe ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and prioritize without significant management interventionThe ability to manage tickets and an understanding of ticket flowOther Information:
Mon-Fri, 8-5 PM On-SiteOn-Call rotation every 3 weeks
