Our client is looking for incoming material inspectors who have industrial practices in inspecting either or both high density PCAs, precisely machined metal parts.The inspector does not require instructions from others to judge Pass or Fail on material you inspect based on criteria from common industry standards like IPC-A-610(for PCAs), and long training to get ready

Pay Rate: 23 - 25/hrHours: standard hours, 5 days onsite

Required Skills & Experience-6+ months of experience in material incoming inspection.-Experience with IPC (PCA inspection) Printed Circuit Board Assembly

Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Basic knowledges how to use magnification lens, Micro scope, Scanner, caliber, Multimeter, Micro office application(Excel, Access) and Windows OS- Basic knowledges of manufacturing floor ESD control to follow our ESD control rules- Basic understanding on Certificate of conformity(CoC) document attached to material to be inspected- Understanding some basics of material drawings in pdf file, such as required dimensions, acceptable tolerances, component ID on PCA.- Can make summary inspection report consists of part number, PO number, QTY, pass count, fail/rejection count, failure rate, and securing an evidence of the rejection like picture and brief explanation when required.
