The Opportunity: Patient Care Associate PediatricsWhy This Role Is Important?Under the direction of a registered nurse (RN), the Patient Care Associate (PCA) assists the multi-disciplinary health care team in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment. The Pediatric dept. has multiple Openings on both Pediatric floors (Ellison 17 & Ellison 18), all varied shifts (Day/Evening/Night Rotation) primarily Nights and WeekendsSkillsPCA assists patients with daily living needs, supervising & reading vital signs, drawing blood, and acquiring EKGs.
