Then read on!Our Supply Chain Development Program is a 2 year development program that offers you 4, six-month rotations in key supply chain groups of your choice. Participants in our Supply Chain Development Program will accelerate their careers with on the job training and industry exposure. You’ll have the ability to strategically execute new and exciting initiatives throughout our integrated supply chain organization.Throughout the program, participants will go through training with other new professionals in our operations management and sales training programs who are beginning their careers and will be working in various areas of the enterprise, giving them the opportunity to gain insight into the various systems and processes of our enterprise while engaging with management and personnel.During the program, participants will get practical and intentional experience through a series of rotational assignments. These rotational assignments are real positions that require fast learning skills and the ability to ramp up quickly. You will be able to hone your communication, analytical, and problem solving skills as you navigate the daily complexities of supply chain management.
