Position Overview
SCOPE OF **
The Residential Aide will work under the supervision of the Facility Manager and provide shift coverage, with possibility of flexible, rotating shift schedule, and weekend coverage.
** Will vary between 4pm-12am & 12am-8am
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & **
Monitor participants’ movement to and from the facility and document accordinglyConduct facility runs to ensure security, safety and program standards are maintainedCollect finger images utilizing the HRA STARS operating deviceOversee evening focus and disseminate pertinent information to the participantsCollect urine specimens as indicated on the urine list and/or specified via clinical staffDistribute cleaning and hygienic supplies to participants as neededResponsible for observation of participants’ self-medication administrationPerforms dorm and living quarter searches to ensure program clear of contrabandOther duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School DiplomaExperience working with population service in congregate settingKnowledge of AWARDS, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Driver’s licenseBasic knowledge of human services
