Juniper Square is hiring Account Executives to join the Commercial Sales team which works with investment managers focused on commercial real estate and real assets. Commercial Account Executives are responsible for leading the entire sales process and driving revenue. Our existing and prospective clients will rely on you to be consultative and map Juniper Square’s solutions to their business needs. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building durable and trusted relationships, managing the evaluation, working cross-functionally internally for deal support, forecasting deals accurately, and hitting revenue targets. You will join a team-oriented, hungry group of sellers who work to deeply understand our prospect and clients, and seek to provide as much value as possible to the PERE ecosystem. We sell using a blend of SaaS and professional services-type sales motions, and the diversity of backgrounds and experience sets our team has sets us up for continued success. What you’ll do:
Interface directly with prospective Private Equity Real Estate & Real Assets firms to sell fund administration and software products.
Land new clients and develop an on-going account strategy for expansions of an existing client book of business to drive revenue
Work with the Sales Development, Fund Solutions, and Solution Engineering teams to originate, manage and close new business
Provide existing and prospective customers a best-in-class buying experience while focusing on their needs.
Build consensus, executive alignment, and influence across relevant levels and departments to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
Identify key focus areas for an engagement, discover how the existing or prospective clients works in a current state, align on a desired future state of their business, craft a compelling sales strategy for the engagement, demonstrate how Juniper Square’s solutions can add value, and then quantify the amount of value Juniper Square can create.
Build and own relationships with the other important stakeholders that work with our clients - CPA firms, banks, law firms, and more
Refine and optimize the go-to-market process as we learn more about product/market fit based on the clients we serve and prospective clients with whom we speak
Work closely with the rest of our team to continually level up our skills, strategies, knowledge, and more
Meet or exceed revenue goals in alignment with the company’s operating model
Attend in person and virtual industry events to represent Juniper Square
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B full-cycle and quota-carrying sales experience.
Knowledge of selling Fund Administration services, FinTech products, SaaS products, or other relevant solutions will be considered
Experience selling to or working within CRE ecosystem is a value-add but not required and will be trained on the job
Eagerness to deeply understand our market and potential clients’ needs
Track record of demonstrating integrity, ethics, and adherence to company values
Ability to communicate in writing and verbal form to various audiences and have comfort with presenting
Ability to focus on outcomes of the commercial and customer goals
Demonstrated ability to learn and use sales systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
Ability to communicate to lead and manage many projects, with multiple stakeholders

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, commission equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
