Overview of Fulfillment Center Help Desk Technician
The FC Help Desk Support Professional provides in-person support for facility devices on-site, as well as email and phone support to the company’s employees. This role is exclusively based at our Indianapolis facility.
General Responsibilities
- Tier 1 Support; triage incoming support tickets.
- Provide Windows desktop support.
- Provide software application support.
- Provide mobile and print support.
- Scanner and Wi-Fi support.
- Preform systems preventative maintenance.
- Work on-site at our Indianapolis facility.
Requirements and Qualifications
- AS or BS, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of related work experience.
