• Vesting/Ownership – Once an Agent has been with ASB for 36 consecutive months, they are vested for a period equal to their tenure. For example, if an agent is with us for 37 months and leaves our organization, that agent will continue to receive renewals on everything that remains in force for a period of 37 months after they leave. Our agents are vested for their personal production and for any overwrite from agents in their downline.
• Compensation – Agents that personally produce are compensated at the highest level in the industry. We have 5 different levels of compensation available. The higher the production of the agent, the higher the potential compensation. In addition to personal commissions, there are 9 different levels for our agents to move up through, offering opportunities based on the effort of those beneath them.
• Products – We work with over 200 carriers, providing “Best in Class” products in core markets such as Medicare Supplement, Final Expense, Life Insurance, Annuities, and Long-Term Care.

Compensation

USD $70,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
