Position Overview
Albright College's School of Professional Studies and Department of Psychology, a dynamic and inclusive learning community, seek adjuncts to teach asynchronous online courses in psychology. Online accelerated courses meet for 7.5 weeks. We especially seek faculty with interest and experience in teaching Introductory Psychology, Social Psychology, Professional Development, and courses in our Addictions Studies certificate program, among others. Course development can begin immediately for Spring 2025 and courses will also be available in Summer 2025.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a Master's degree or higher in a related discipline and reside in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware or New York. Evidence of successful, effective teaching experience is preferred, as is experience using a standard learning management system such as Canvas. Training or certification in online teaching, such as Quality Matters or equivalent, is desirable. Demonstration of related industry experience is also valued.
