Drive membership growth and retention in the President Council Society, the leadership annual giving society of the College. Manage the strategy with the College’s annual giving program including mailings, phoning, email, texting and day of giving initiatives to drive increased alumni donors to the College. Provide leadership for the Alumni Association Board of Directors, whose mission is to provide unique experiences and benefits for the alumni population while enhancing the link between Alma Mater and the individual. Create opportunities to celebrate and engage around affinity connections to the College, such as the arts, Greek life, athletics, majors, clubs, and careers. Oversee support and guidance of the Lions Diplomats in their volunteer activities and in support of alumni events throughout the year. Collaborate with the Career Development Center and Center for Student Involvement and Athletics to connect and build relationships between alumni and students in meaningful ways. Collaborate with Enrollment Management to engage alumni in connecting potential students with the college and encouraging application. Manage a Director of Alumni Events & Communication staff person. Fluency in Spanish, preferred.
