Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States, with a preference for EST locations. This position is responsible for enabling teams to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices. Trains and coaches teams on Agile and modern engineering practices. Guides and supports the transformation to Lean Agile, educating leaders on the mindset. Participates and contributes to larger organizational initiatives to help grow agility and the overall knowledge of agile. Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
Ensures Agile Operating Frameworks and Risk Frameworks are appropriately followed. Utilizes feedback and metrics to work with other coaches and scrum masters and focuses on continuous improvement. Coaching & Training:
Creates strategic coaching objectives in partnership with leaders to drive adoption, maturity and optimization of agile and product mindset and practices. Provides training sessions on Agile frameworks. Coaches Scrum Masters, product owners, and executives on Agile leadership practices. Empowers teams to become self-managing, fulfill their cross-functional potential, and have an attitude of relentless improvement. Business Support:
Develops operating models or roadmaps for future Agile practices. Plans and designs the adoption of Agile across multiple teams. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in leading agility. License or Certification Type:
Scrum certification Required, Sr Scrum certification Required, CSP-SM (Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master) Preferred. Other preferred licenses/certifications: Advanced Scrum Certifications, such as PSM II or PSM III Agile Coaching Certifications such as ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, or ICP-CAT Expert in Enterprise Coaching Certification (ICE-EC) considered a strong positive
