One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Recuirter to work Hybrdi in Sunrise, FL.
Notes:
Must live within commutable distance to the office in Sunrise, FL. This position is hybrid in the office 3 days a week. Will attend events in the office to support hiring for that location from time to time.
This team focuses exclusively on sales. Must be articulate, good communicator and leader facing, with an outgoing/sales personality. Work ethic is key! SLA and KPI focused!

Sources, screens, interviews, makes offers and work directly with Hiring Leaders to provide a top-quality experience for both the leader and the candidates.
Essential Skills:
Associate's degree in a related area (required) 3+ years of experience in the recruitment (required) corporate recruiting (required) Familiar with Taleo, Eightfold, Outlook and other candidate CRMs (such as Workday, Bullhorn, Success Factors) (required) Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinator and onboarding team (required) Experience recruiting for sales, marketing and corporate functions is ideal (required) Airetel Staffing, Inc. is nationally recognized as Best of Staffing - Diamond Award Winner.
