Full Job Description
Akshar Logistics, Inc. is looking for safe and responsible drivers to deliver packages from FedEx Ground Terminal in 11915 31st Terrace E, Palmetto, FL 34221 to Sarasota Bay area. In this job, drivers will provide exceptional customer service to our customers in a timely manner while maintaining safety as a #1 priority.
Requirements:
- Professional work ethic
- FedEx Ground delivery driver experience preferred
- 5-6 days’ work schedule, must work weekends occasionally since FedEx Ground operates six days a week
- Operate a Commercial Vehicle safely and in accordance with all state and local traffic laws (CDL not required)
- Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
- Step Van experience strongly preferred
- Must pass background check, drug test, have a valid driver license, and possess a good motor vehicle record
- Must be 21 years of age
- Full-time positions; must be able to work any day of the week and be RELIABLE
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $170.00 - $200.00 per day
