Position: Technical Service Lead
Overview:
Strong Technical Service Lead with 12-15 years of hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Cybersecurity domain (network Security, Email Security, SIEM, VM, App sec, GRC, PAM (Delinea), and IAM).
- Possess strong soft skills, delivery management experience, and ability to work with Senior Leadership teams, including strong representation in reports and presentations.
- Expertise in 2-3 Cybersecurity domains.
- Ability to drive initiatives, overcome gaps, risks, and challenges in the environment. Propose the best solutions, products, and tools to enhance readiness against cyber attacks and compromises.
- Project management experience, including P&L and invoice management. Experience in driving automation through central solutions and AI integration for productivity benefits.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes in reporting incidents, incident management, and change management, including assessing risk and impact.
- Tool knowledge and awareness of market updates.
- Experience in driving KPIs, people management, and training initiatives to overcome knowledge gaps.
- Drive initiatives to meet client objectives, provide recommendations, and best practices in MBR and QBRs. Conduct daily standup calls, weekly reviews, MBR, and QBR with data representation.
