AlphaCore is seeking a Director of Marketing who thrives in a dynamic and growing environment. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, aiming to develop the infrastructure to support our evolving brand and expanded services, amplify our firm’s presence and enhance client engagement in a highly competitive market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities: As the Director of Marketing at AlphaCore, you will lead the marketing function, serving both as a strategic guide and a collaborative participant in executing marketing initiatives. This role will have impact and opportunity to enhance AlphaCore’s presence in the wealth management industry, strengthen engagement with vendors, clients, prospects, and strategic partners. You will be responsible for driving results towards these key goals, ensuring the successful delivery and the achievement of desired outcomes:
- Manage and develop a team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the marketing department
- Design and execute a marketing strategy that enhances organic growth and aligns with business goals enhancing capabilities across digital and traditional platforms
- Guide brand evolution, ensuring that our value proposition and market positioning reflect our growth into comprehensive wealth management services
- Represent the firm with acquisition prospects, at industry events and with key industry relationships
- Drive organic AUM growth through targeted marketing initiatives
- Enhance client acquisition and referral strategies
- Develop digital marketing and client engagement tactics tailored to the high-net-worth market segment
- Refine prospect journey across expanding service offerings
- Drive marketing integrations for acquisitions
- Lead campaign strategy and execution
- Elevate our brand positioning in the RIA community through strategic marketing and thought leadership
- Develop thought leadership, positioning our executives as industry voices
- Manage communications for M&A activities
- Elevate firm profile through speaking engagements and industry networking
- Oversee comprehensive event strategy, including client, prospect, and industry events
- Direct annual AlphaCore Summit and regional client forums
- Orchestrate presence at key industry conferences
- Oversee client appreciation and educational programming
- Create event-based thought leadership opportunities
- Partner with the executive team on firm-wide growth initiatives that align with the needs of RIA clients
- Develop and maintain AlphaCore’s digital properties and strategy
- Utilize Google Analytics, CRM data, and marketing automation tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Manage AlphaCore’s social media presence and other relevant platforms
- Build marketing team and strategic agency/contractor relationships
- Direct and optimize agency, PR firm, and specialized contractor resources
- Implement marketing technologies that facilitate superior client service and data-driven marketing decisions
- Establish performance metrics and ROI measurement
- Drive data-informed decision-making
- Manage marketing budget effectively
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- 10 + years of marketing leadership experience within the RIA or financial advisory sector
- Proven record driving significant AUM growth
- Expertise in agency management and contractor optimization
- Experience scaling marketing function during business expansion
- Expertise in brand development, digital transformation, and analytics
- Executive presence with the ability to represent the firm publicly
- Strong presentation and networking capabilities
- M&A integration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Ex. InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools
- Experience managing email marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM, document management software, and/or other financial services industry software is a plus
COMPENSATION
- Annual salary range: $135,000-$150,000
- Ability to earn an annual discretionary bonus: up to 10%
- Eligible to be considered in AlphaCore’s path to partnership (PIUs)
