Anakim Consulting is seeking an entry level Marketing Administrator to support our headquarters operations. Qualified candidates must be proficient working with MS Office Suite. Training will be provided for job-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a growing organization.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Working with executives to develop the annual marketing budget as well as keeping the budget updated throughout the year.
- Registering employees for external marketing events.
- Managing company-sponsored marketing events.
- Maintaining marketing calendar.
- Updating company marketing collateral and interfacing with company website administrator.
- Managing monthly marketing meetings.
- Ordering marketing materials and items.
