Role: Appian Product owner
- Location: Chicago IL Mode of work: Hybrid
Job description: looking for Senior resource with minimum 15+ Years of total experience in IT and with 8+ years' proven experience as a Product Owner in the P&C insurance domain. 5+ years' hands-on experience delivering products on the Appian platform. Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, underwriting, claims, and policy administration. Technical Skills:
Expertise in Appian BPM, including process modeling, SAIL interfaces, and integrations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, and workflow automation is a plus. Expertise in using Azure DevOps Role: Appian Business Analyst Location: Chicago IL Mode of work: Hybrid
8+ years of P&C insurance business analysis experience 5+ years' proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in Appian BPM. 5+ years of Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Appian-based solutions. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Expertise in using Azure DevOps Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Appian platform features, including process modeling, SAIL interfaces, and integrations. Proficiency in creating process workflows, wireframes, and technical documentation. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and other integration technologies is a plus. Role: Appian Technical Architect Location: Chicago IL Mode of work: Hybrid

Architecture and design guidance to Product Owner and Business Analyst teams developing BPM solutions Thought leadership to customer across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit) Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within customer. Leads design reviews and production readiness reviews with the team to ensure the solution is designed and configured for optimal performance in the production environment Design of role-based access control Appian components Development of Records and Reports using SAIL Handling Appian Packaging and deployment Key Deliverables
Product Release Plan Technical Design Documents - Architecture and Design documents
Design of UI SAIL forms for Tempo environment. Design of CDTs that interact with external database Design of role-based access control Appian components Development of Records and Reports using SAIL Build/consumption of WEB/REST services Design of expression rules, constants, and query rules
