We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Blockchain Software Sales Executive (TBC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B software sales, specifically within the blockchain industry, and will excel at building strong client relationships and closing high-value deals. With a demonstrated ability to generate over £1M+ in annual sales and a passion for attending industry events, the successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with exceptional networking skills, open to extensive travel across the globe, and a commitment to attending local (evening) and international conferences and events. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company. Minimum Requirements
5+ years of proven B2B sales experience. 5+ years of experience selling software solutions, including consulting (software development services) or product-based software (e.g. SaaS, BaaS). 2+ years of direct experience in the blockchain industry. Closed £1M+ in annual sales. Travel internationally to attend conferences, trade shows, and events. Attend frequent early morning and late evening networking events. Experience using CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive). Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales cycles. Identify and engage new clients. Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Build relationships with C-level executives in target industries. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for specific challenges. Represent the company at international conferences and networking events. Stay updated on blockchain trends, emerging technologies, and competitors. Expand professional connections. Benefits
