Overview
The Security Custodian will provide security rounds to ensure a secure environment and parking lot.
Will keep up with laundry as needed and perform housekeeping tasks when directed.
Essential Functions/Job Duties & Responsibilities include meet/exceed the customer's (internal and external) expectations by understanding, anticipating and meeting customer and guest needs.
Exhibit proactive communication; act and think with the customers in mind, provide a friendly, enthusiastic and energetic atmosphere with customers, co-workers, managers, guests and visitors, Secure building after hours by ensuring all exterior doors are locked; wash, dry, fold and store towels, blankets, spreads and rags as needed, bag dirty sheets and pillow cases after each overnight retreat, then place in large bin and perform housekeeping tasks as directed.
This is a part-time position - 20 hours per week, some evening and weekend shifts.
