Hours & Pay in Skilled Nursing:
- $18.25 base rate + $2 Shift Diff for 2nd & 3rd shifts
- Flexible 8 & 12-hour shifts - PICK ANY SHIFT YOU NEED!
- PRN Available
- Base rate increases with CNA Certification experience
- Daily Pay Available
Weekender Program
- $18.25 base rate + Shift Differential + $5.00/hour Weekender Premium for each weekend hour worked (up to 32 hours).
- Weekend Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM
- Plus 1 additional 8-hour 2nd shift during the week.
- Up to 3 non-consecutive scheduled or unscheduled weekends off per six-month period.

Job Description
- Performs various direct resident service responsibilities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assists residents in dressing, undressing, bathing, and eating.
- Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens or gathers vital signs.
- Aids physicians and nursing staff members with procedures, if necessary.
- Documents resident interactions as necessary.
Qualifications
- Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License for PA.
- Requires applicable state license.
- Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement.
