The APC is an athlete accelerator where we enable RedBull athletes and select non-RedBull athletes to become truly outstanding performers. In this role you manage the Mental Performance support delivered to athletes by the APC LA.
You carry out functional mental assessments and tests of international top-level athletes, analyze and interpret test results, and recommend and conduct individual and athlete-centered mental training and coaching strategies. Furthermore, you establish, manage and refer athletes to a network of mental health providers across North America.
To continuously develop the expertise of the Mental Performance practice of the APC LA, you also manage key relationships with partners in the field, and foster innovation. You leverage on your external network to expand the reach of the APC by driving usage by elite athletes.
In your role as Mental Performance Manager in LA you cooperate closely with the Global Mental Performance Team, liaise closely with the Head of Mental Performance and thereby contribute to the developments and strategies in Mental Performance on a global scale across RedBull sport entities.
