Job Description
Beverly Management Group, Inc. a private commercial real estate management and development company in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a full-time permanent Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
· Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate destination.
· Maintain the reception area neat and organized at all times
· Maintain the conference rooms clean, organized and stocked (beverages) before and after meeting or events
· Receiving and distributing facsimiles/communications and routing to appropriate personnel.
· Pick-up, sort and distribute the mail to appropriate personnel.
· Order and keep record of all incoming/outgoing mail/packages
· Log, track and maintain parking validation log
· Tracking the postage meter usage and preparing monthly billing allocation
· Maintaining the office supplies, Fedex forms and postage equipment
· Photocopying scanning as requested by different departments
· Organized documents, mass mailing
· Assist other departments, when required
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years receptionist experience a must
- High School Diploma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, team player, flexible and able to adapt to changing office needs
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Office Outlook is a must
