Are you an experienced leader ready to spearhead a pivotal bid in the rail industry? We are seeking a seasoned Bid Director to lead the development and delivery of a compliant, compelling, and competitive proposal for the Boston Commuter Rail O&M contract. Your expertise will position our client as the preferred long-term partner for MBTA, shaping the future of rail operations in the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategy development and align multi-disciplinary workstreams. Manage governance, compliance, and reporting to ensure bid success. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Lead a high-performing team to deliver excellence under pressure. Skills and Experience: 15+ years in large-scale project management. 8+ years navigating complex procurement processes and leading bids. Experience in leading RFI/RFQ and RFP processes. A good understanding of rail operation or rail-related engineering (interface management, signalling, civil infrastructure, power supply, rolling stock). Exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
