BlueWave is hiring a Data Analyst for a leading energy client based in Orlando, FL. As Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing monthly demand reports to come up with feedback for process improvement such as lean six sigma.
Responsibilities:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· At least 5 years of experience in operational analysis, planning, or factory planning.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex information.
Requirements:
· Analyze monthly demand and operational data to generate reports and insights.
· Communicate findings effectively and address questions from various departments.
· Manage multiple projects while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve operations.
· Apply process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma (if applicable).
