We are a well-established luxury general contractor with a solid reputation spanning a decade, currently in search of a Construction Project Estimator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the general contractor industry .

About the Position

As a Construction Project Estimator, your main responsibility is to create accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals for different construction projects, as well as evaluating proposals from vendors, analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documentation. Your solid experience and expertise is crucial in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for construction projects.
• Request and review proposals from vendors.
• Attend Pre-Bid meetings or pre-construction meetings.
• Job site visits as required.
• Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals to understand the scope of work and project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating within the general contractor industry.
• Extensive knowledge in quantity take off, and proposal preparation.
• Proficiency in quantity take off software is a must .
• Expertise in navigating specifications and plans effectively.
• A Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of construction costs, methods, and industry standards.
