Business Systems Analyst (Unqork & CRM Systems) Location: Midtown Manhattan (Hybrid – Onsite required 3 days a week) - Wednesdays a must Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience
Overview: We seek a
Business Systems Analyst
to join our team full-time in
Midtown Manhattan . This role will primarily focus on
Unqork
while contributing to
CRM and other business systems projects . The ideal candidate should understand
business process design ,
system analysis , and
engineering solutions
to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and translate them into
Unqork solutions and system enhancements . Support
CRM and other business systems , including implementation, configuration, and integration. Collaborate with business users and IT teams to
evaluate, improve, and document
business processes. Assist in
system architecture, workflow automation, and process optimization . Develop and maintain system documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work
onsite in Midtown Manhattan
a few days per week (hybrid schedule).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst , preferably in a technology-driven environment. Financial Services/Insurance industry experience would be helpful. Understanding of Snowflake/Databases – Writing SQL Queries. Hands-on knowledge of
Unqork configuration . Knowledge of
CRM platforms
(MS Dynamics (preferred), Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Strong understanding of
business process design, system architecture, and integrations . Understanding of
API integrations . Excellent
communication and analytical skills . Ability to work onsite in
Midtown Manhattan
a few days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
low-code/no-code platforms . Background in
business process engineering or consulting . Familiarity with
data modeling and database structures .
