The New York Stock Exchange (an Intercontinental Exchange company) is seeking a
Regional Director
to join the Capital Markets team. The primary responsibility of this position will be to attract companies to list and admit their securities to trading on the NYSE markets and to promote NYSE Group product offerings. The Regional Director will liaise with C-level executives, investor relations professionals, bankers, law firm professionals, members of the trading community, marketing, and regulation teams. Responsibilities
Manage, lead, and drive high-growth companies on the East Coast. Develop and implement origination and CRM strategies to identify and address target companies, enhancing NYSE Group’s brand. Engage with senior executives and advisors of prospective companies to influence and motivate them to list on the NYSE. Build strong partnerships with VC, legal, banking, and other capital markets professionals, as well as investors and advisers involved in listing decisions. Organize and support seminars, conferences, and other origination activities, including creating briefing documents, pitches, speeches, and content for industry events. Represent NYSE Group at listed company meetings, conferences, and programs to establish contacts with prospective companies. Create playbooks, strategic account plans, and collateral to support the value proposition. Assist companies through the listing process, from eligibility to application stages. Prepare statistical studies and presentations for prospect meetings and follow-ups. Maintain call reports, territory status reports, and prospect company information files. Collaborate with team members to support Capital Markets and drive business growth. Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred. Minimum of eight years’ experience, including building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives, founders, and board members. Regional knowledge and connections. Strong sales leadership with experience in developing sales metrics and disciplined methodologies. Experience or familiarity with investment banking, consulting, venture capital, and private equity is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational abilities. Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences. Analytical skills and experience interfacing with senior management. Ability to operate independently and as part of a team. Understanding of financial principles and practices. Willingness to travel domestically as required. Compensation and Benefits
The expected base salary in New York is between $160,000 and $300,000 USD, excluding incentive compensation. ICE offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off, and leave options. Additional Information
