This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026. As a Capital Markets Director you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our capital markets activities. You will be accountable for developing and executing strategies to raise capital, manage financial risks, and enhance the company's financial position. In this role, you will have a significant impact on Honeywell's financial success by driving capital market transactions, managing relationships with financial institutions, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute capital markets strategies to raise capital and optimize the company's financial position Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks and investors Identify and evaluate capital market opportunities and risks Guide capital market transactions, including debt issuances and refinancing Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform decision-making Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and business units YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 8 years of experience in capital markets, treasury, or a related field Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and financial risk management Proven track record of executing capital market transactions and managing relationships with financial institutions Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and people-oriented skills WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field MBA or CFA preferred Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team Proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving Experience in managing capital market activities in a global organization Additional Information
