Key Responsibilities:

- Operational excellence – identify and implement process improvements across finance, hiring, and business operations to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Data-driven decision making – conduct in-depth research and analysis on AI market trends, competitive positioning, and unit economics to inform company strategy
- Executive support & special projects – work directly with the Chief of Staff and executive team on high-priority initiatives spanning finance, operations, and growth
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a top MBA or undergraduate program, with a strong interest in AI, startups, and business strategy
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or a high-growth startup
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in modeling, market research, and data-driven decision-making
- Operational mindset, capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup environment
- Entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to own projects end-to-end, work independently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across teams and presenting to senior leadership
