Responsibilities:
The Sr. Agile Coach will support Barrow Wise's State of Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) project and perform the following duties:
Provide consulting, coaching, and training on Agile practices to enhance Agile software development practices.
Identify organizational impediments to successful Agile transformation and work to effectively resolve them.
Manage others.
Minimum Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in area of specialty.
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
