Job description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Provides recruitment support to regional management teams by referring qualified applicants for identified open positions. At the discretion of the Regional Recruiter, leads will be obtained through various methods of recruitment activities, including but not limited to; electronic postings, social media, email, cold-calling, attendance at local and state recruitment events, direct mail, and postings at schools and universities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Identifies, screens, and refers qualified applicants to facility based and regional management personnel to fill open positions in a timely manner.
- Develops and manages strategies to increase company recognition and creates a sense of enthusiasm with potential candidates to shorten the recruitment process and increase acceptance rates.
- Presents company philosophy and background effectively and professionally to all candidates.
- Identifies, communicates, and resolves any procedural issues brought to his/her attention promptly.
- Provides feedback to the company regarding competitor activity and other relevant information.
- Attends state and national shows, visits schools and universities, as well as other events as assigned or needed to professionally represent Continuum Therapy Partners.
- Must conduct themselves in a professional, ethical and legal manner at all times.
- Maintains ATS as outlined by VP of Recruitment to include detailed notes of candidate interactions, verification of candidates’ contact and license information.
- Must be very proficient in Excel, Word, Docusign, ATS Systems, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet Browsers.
- Must demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Proven experience in maintaining meticulous documentation and records. Ability to streamline processes and implement effective workflows.
- Willingness to work non-business hours such as evenings and weekends in critical times.
- Understands and adheres to Recruiting P&P at all times.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by company management.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional or industry experience.
- Previous recruitment experience preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work evenings/weekends.
- Adequate transportation to meetings and events.
- Available for overnight travel as needed.
